For all students enrolled in the DOT collector training course this kit is required in order to complete your training. You will receive Split DOT collection cups, specimen bags and 5 CCF forms with labels to use during our training class. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process, then once it ships it will arrive within 2-3 business days. Please only order ONE kit! 
 
If you purchased The Certified Package or The Success Package, you will also need a DNA Kit which contains enough supplies in ONE KIT to complete the DNA mock collection during the LIVE DNA course.
